Talking Therapy & Emotional Support Sessions

Life can feel heavy sometimes. Overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, neurodivergence, grief, chronic illness, relationship struggles, exhaustion from constantly “holding it together”… it all takes a toll.

These sessions offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space to talk, breathe, process and feel heard.

Led by Allison Rose-Mannall — a CBT Therapist, Trauma-Informed Coach, SEND Parent and Holistic Practitioner — sessions combine professional therapeutic approaches with genuine lived understanding. This is real, down-to-earth emotional support for people who are tired of pretending they’re fine.

Sessions may support:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Emotional burnout
  • Stress and emotional regulation
  • SEND parenting pressures
  • Neurodivergent adults (ADHD/Autism)
