Replacements

Because our products contain essential oils and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of hygiene and safety.

We always want you to feel supported with your purchase, though — so if something isn’t right, I’ll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your kit arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email calmclub@theholisticselfcarekitcompany.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
👉 Once approved, I’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
