Once dispatched, standard UK shipping usually takes 2 - 3 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking (where available) when your order is on its way.

USA & Canada Delivery

We now ship to the United States and Canada — duties included!

Returns & Replacements

Because our products contain essential oils and personal-use items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Each kit is carefully handmade and packed with precision, so incorrect items are highly unlikely.

However — if something arrives damaged in transit, we’ll always make it right. 💛

If your kit arrives damaged:

Please email calmclub@theholisticselfcarekitcompany.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage and the packaging

Once approved, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved — insurers may request it.

🌍 International orders:

Photos are required for insurance.

A return is only requested if specifically required by the courier/insurer.
