Processing times
Every kit is handmade with love (and a little bit of sass), so please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and packed.

UK delivery
Once dispatched, standard UK shipping usually takes 3–5 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking (where available) when your order is on its way.

International delivery
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping times vary depending on your location — usually between 7–14 working daysafter dispatch. Customs charges may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products contain essential oils and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of hygiene and safety.

We always want you to feel supported with your purchase, though — so if something isn’t right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your kit arrives damaged, please email calmclub@theholisticselfcarekitcompany.comwithin 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
