  • Products are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns (especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition), please consult a qualified professional before use.

  • Children’s products should always be used under adult supervision.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including payment and delivery details) is accurate.

  • All prices listed are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or customs.

  • Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal-use and essential oils), we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at calmclub@theholisticselfcarekitcompany.com with your order number and photos. We’ll happily send a replacement.

6. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours or styles will exactly match the product in real life.
