At The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company, we believe self-care should be simple, sassy, and safe. You know I pour my heart and soul into every blend, but I also pour a lot of science into them too.

I am proud to say that we are not just "mixing things in the kitchen." We are a fully compliant, registered, and insured cosmetic manufacturer. Every single bottle you buy has been rigorously assessed by a qualified toxicologist and signed off as safe for you to use.

Here is exactly how we keep you safe:

1. CPSR Certified & Legally Compliant

We don't guess. We test.

Every single product in our range, from The Frazzled Mum Fix to Ocean Aura, has undergone a full Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).

• Legally Compliant: We follow the strict EC Regulation 1223/2009, which is the same gold standard used by the big high-street beauty brands.  

• Toxicologist Approved: Our recipes are reviewed by Dr. Ejaz Ahmad (PhD Toxicology) to ensure every drop is safe for human health.  

2. Our GMP Manufacturing Process

We might be small, but our standards are huge.

We follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our Norwich studio.  

• Hygiene First: We use hospital-grade sanitation protocols for all equipment and workspace surfaces.

• Batch Tracking: Every bottle has a unique Batch Number on the label. This means we can trace every ingredient back to its source, ensuring total accountability.  

3. Cruelty-Free & Vegan Aromatherapy Ingredients

We believe in the power of plants, not fillers.

• Cruelty-Free: We never test on animals (and neither do our suppliers). Our safety reports officially confirm our cruelty-free status.  

• Vegan Friendly: Our roller balls are made from 100% plant-based ingredients, pure Essential Oils and Golden Jojoba Oil.  

• Stability Tested: Our blends are tested to ensure they stay fresh, safe, and smell amazing for their full shelf life.  

4. Clear & Honest Labelling

No hidden ingredients.

We list every allergen naturally occurring in our essential oils (like Limonene or Linalool) right on the label, so you always know exactly what you are putting on your body.
