1. What’s inside a self-care kit?

Each kit is lovingly handmade and includes a mix of essentials to support calm, sleep, energy, or pain relief. Think: essential oil roller blends, crystals, affirmation cards, candles, sweet treats, and other little surprises. Every kit is themed, so contents vary — check each product page for the exact list.

2. Are your blends safe for everyone?

Our essential oil blends are made with high-quality oils and diluted into jojoba oil for safe topical use. They’re designed for external use only — never ingest. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or have medical conditions, please check with a healthcare professional before use.

3. Can children use the kits?

Yes! We’ve created special children’s kits (like our Calm Bubble Kit) that are kid-friendly. For little ones, always supervise use of rollers, crystals, and small items. Our adult blends (like the Frazzled Mum Fix) are best kept for grown-ups.

4. Do you make everything yourself?

Yep — everything is handmade with love in the UK. I hand-blend the rollers, design the affirmation cards, and pack each box myself (sometimes with a little family help!). No mass production here.

5. How long will shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days. Shipping within the UK normally takes 3–5 days after dispatch. International shipping may take longer depending on location. You’ll get an email when your order is on the way.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! That’s not the experience I want for you. If your kit arrives damaged, please email me at calmclub@theholisticselfcarekitcompany.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right.

7. Do you accept returns?

Because these are handmade, personal-use products, I can’t accept returns on opened kits or blends. If something’s wrong with your order, though, please reach out and I’ll sort it.

8. Can I send a kit as a gift?

Absolutely! You can ship directly to your recipient and even add a note at checkout. Self-care makes a beautiful, thoughtful gift.

9. Do you do custom kits?

Yes — if you’d like a custom kit (for teachers, carers, special occasions, or a specific need), pop me a message via the Contact page and I’ll see what I can do.

10. Do you offer subscriptions?
