Hello, lovely. I’m Allison Rose-Mannall, the founder of The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company, a UK cosmetic manufacturer and a safe haven for those running on empty.

 

I am a disabled SEND mum on a mission to help families find calm, sleep, and pain relief. If you are reading this feeling overworked, underslept, and out of f*cks, I see you. I haven’t just been there; I’ve lived it, breathed it, and come out the other side (mostly) sane.

 

 

I’ve raised three neurodivergent children into incredible adults (we're talking a Deputy Headmistress, a Salon Owner, and a Technical Stage Theatre Manager—so yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel!). But my caregiving journey continues as I support my autistic husband.

 

I created The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company because I know that sometimes a "bubble bath" just doesn't cut it. You need a toolkit that understands the assignment. My kits are a warm embrace mixed with a loving kick up the bum—a reminder that you matter, your sanity matters, and you are absolutely allowed to take five minutes for yourself without guilt.

 

Because whether you are raising little ones or supporting a partner, you deserve to be held, seen, and heard.

Antonia is my Business Partner here at The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company and the creative lead behind our stunning Crystal Jewellery collection. Based in Whitley Bay, she is the strategic anchor of the business—keeping us grounded while we reach for the stars.

 

Becky Avis

Head of Logistics & Box-Packing Wizard

 

If you have ever opened one of our kits and felt the love instantly, that is Becky’s handiwork. She oversees the practical logistics, responsible for organising the stock, managing storage, and boxing up the kits. She ensures that every single order is packed with care and ready for dispatch.

The Digital Voice

 

Emily is the digital voice at The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company. She looks after our social media channels, helping to share our message and connect with our community online. If you are chatting with us on the socials, you are likely feeling Emily’s warmth!

 

Matthew Mannall

The Muscle & Chief Maker

 

Matthew is my husband, our designated driver, and the muscle behind the business. He constructs all our event setups and is the man tasked with bringing my weirdest visions to life. From sorting out my office decor to spray-painting a plastic bathroom trolley just so it can house my velvet bag sets—if I can dream it up, he builds it.

 

Paige Avis

The Apparel Artist

 

Paige is the creative force behind our company wardrobe. She personally makes all our branded apparel, from our logo’d T-shirts to our cosy hoodies, ensuring the team looks the part while we are hard at work.

 

My Journey as a Practitioner

After years of supporting others informally and navigating the trenches myself,I made it official. I hold specialist qualifications in Holistic Modalities, allowing me to dive deep into energy work, emotional support tools, and spiritual self-care, by training with The Coaching Masters, and also qualifying as a certified coach.
From there, I completed an Aromatherapy qualification, and started putting into practice energy work, emotional support tools, and spiritual self-care practices that could truly help people feel whole again alongside essential oils.

These kits are the result of that journey — a mix of soul and science, support and sass, crystals and calm. They’re handcrafted, heart-led, and rooted in real life.

Like my The Frazzled Mum Fix came from my own desperate need to find peace (and silence) during the wildest years of parenting.

Hot Mess Rescue Kit was created from my own need to reconnect with my body and find peace during the difficult times I had when I was perimenopausal.
