Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. That email contains a tracking link — simply click it to see the latest updates on your delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Step-by-step: how to track your order
- Find your order confirmation email in your inbox (check your spam folder if you can't see it).
- Look for the "View your order" button or link.
- Click it to open your personal order status page, where you can see real-time tracking information.
Your order status page shows you exactly where your parcel is and gives you the latest estimated delivery date.
Can't find your confirmation email?
Try searching your inbox for no-reply@shopify.com or The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company. If you still can't find it, it's possible the email address entered at checkout had a typo — our support team can help you locate your order.
